This course allows you to savor the finest A5 grade Matsusaka beef, one of Japan's three most famous wagyu brands.Our main grilled dishes include lean Matsusaka beef thigh shabu-shabu, lean Matsusaka beef rump and ichibo cuts, making it the perfect course for customers who prefer lean meat and don't like fatty meat! It's also recommended for anniversaries, birthdays, year-end and New Year parties, etc.
